This sweet family traveled all the way from Valdosta, Georgia to have me photograph their pre-deployment session right before Tim’s Air Force deployment began. It was such a bittersweet session — so sweet because of the obvious bond between the family, but also sad because Tim was leaving soon and for the first time, he would be leaving not only his wife Jennifer but also their five month old baby boy back in Georgia. I hope the next 8 months flies by for your family so you guys can be together again soon! I just talked to Jennifer about sending an album overseas to Tim so that he can keep photos of his family with him all the time. She told me that they were delayed in Italy on the way to their deployment destination. If you have to be delayed somewhere, Italy seems pretty dang cool! I hope Tim was able to take some time off to explore a little bit! To the P family — thank you so much for making the drive all the way to Tallahassee for your session! It was so nice to meet you all and I really enjoyed photographing your deployment session. Tim, thank you so much for your service!
