I was so excited when Zachary’s mom told me she was expecting a boy! I have photographed lots of newborns over the last six months, and every single one has been a girl. Zachary is the first newborn boy I’ve photographed in six months and it was so much fun to get to use some blue instead of pink! (Don’t get me wrong; I love pink, too, but variety is always fun and I had some sadly neglected boy props I wanted to use!) Zachary kicked off a whole string of newborn boys — I have 3 in May alone. Anyway, enough rambling and on to the photos!
